Job summary

Oriental Bank is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join the Auto team in Puerto Rico. You will act as the primary relationship manager for auto dealerships, growing loan production and delivering excellent dealer and customer experiences.

You will collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Retail teams to ensure timely funding and effective financing solutions while engaging in bilingual communication with dealers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2+ years in sales, business development, or banking-related roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of auto financing or dealership operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for auto dealerships.
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships with owners and managers.
• Identify opportunities to grow loan production and market share.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Retail teams for smooth funding.
• Provide guidance on financing solutions and processes to dealers.
