You will work directly with dealer owners and leaders to identify opportunities, deliver financing solutions, and support growth through collaboration with internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales or relationship management, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to excel in a fast-paced automotive

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, automotive, banking, insurance, lending, dealer operations, customer service, or relationship management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry, dealership operations, vehicle financing, or consumer lending.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business technology applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned auto dealerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealer owners, general managers, finance managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to support business growth and strengthen partnerships.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on financing solutions, programs, and processes.
