Morrie’s Auto Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support vehicle inventory accounting and dealer trades. You will assign stock numbers to new and used inventory and load them into the DMS, process dealer trade paperwork, and coordinate payments.

• Dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting processes for vehicle inventory and dealer trades.
• Assign stock numbers to incoming inventory and load into the DMS.
• Process dealer trade paperwork and ensure receipt of payment.
• Monitor new vehicle invoices and adjust floorplan accordingly.
• File invoices, MSOs, titles.
• Assist with floorplan audits.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws regarding MSOs and titles.
• Scan and file office documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
