OneMain Financial is seeking Dealer Relationship Representatives to identify and build trust-based relationships with auto and powersports dealers in the Denver, CO area. You will promote our loan products, assist with origination and funding, and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

The role requires 1–3 years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to travel. A valid driver's license and home-office setup are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with 1–3 years in auto dealership, B2B sales or finance.
• Solid understanding of credit and lending.
• Experience in auto financing relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships, prospect new clients, and promote Company products to dealers.
• Assist dealers with loan origination and deal funding for a smooth process.
• Collaborate with management to analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel 50-75% across the U.S. for dealer visits, ride-alongs, and events.
• Represent the company at industry events to build relationships.
• Monitor market competition and collect data on pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
