Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within automotive dealerships (F&I, operations, or fixed ops preferred).
• 4+ years of account management, territory management, or consultative sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and generate new business through trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of dealership accounts.
• Drive same-store sales growth through program adoption, optimization, and performance reviews.
• Stabilize and retain accounts while improving performance at underutilized or underperforming locations.
• Leverage existing dealer relationships to source warm introductions and new dealership clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate internal resources to support dealer success.
• Maintain a strong presence and professional credibility within the dealer community.
