Job summary
Ikon Sales in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced relationship-driven account manager to grow revenue within an existing portfolio of automotive dealership partners. You will own a book of business, drive same-store sales growth, reduce churn, and leverage dealer relationships to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within automotive dealerships (F&I, operations, or fixed ops preferred).
- 4+ years of account management or consultative sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of dealership accounts
- Drive same-store sales growth through program adoption, optimization, and performance reviews
- Stabilize and retain accounts while improving performance at underutilized or underperforming locations
- Leverage existing dealer relationships to source warm introductions and new dealership clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate internal resources to support dealer success
- Maintain a strong presence and professional credibility within the dealer community
