Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a claims service agent to support customers after accidents. You will inspect vehicles, write repair estimates, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. The role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration.

You will participate in hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and field sites, learning to manage inquiries, review insurance contracts, and deliver solutions that boost satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license meeting underwriting guidelines required
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
• Active Adjusters License preferred
• Must complete required hands-on and field training
• GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization
