Customer-facing experience preferred.
High-volume call center experience with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
Active Adjusters license preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide reassurance and solutions to customers after accidents.
Inspect and assess vehicle damage.
Estimate vehicle repair costs.
Negotiate equitable settlements.
Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
Consult with involved parties and review insurance contracts.
Inspect vehicles and write estimates.
Manage rental cars.
Resolve customer concerns.
Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
Complete required hands-on training at the Ashburn, VA facility and field training center.
Work in the Lombard, IL field territory.
