Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Claims Adjuster to support customers after accidents. You will inspect vehicles, assess damage, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements with body shops and rental providers.

Role requires a valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills. Experience in high-volume call centers and an active Adjuster license is preferred; training and exam fees may be provided.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience preferred
Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred

College degree preferred
Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
Adaptable and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
