Job summary

Jobtailor in Kansas is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to inspect vehicle damage, write repair estimates, and negotiate settlements with customers and insurers.

You will partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers, manage rental car arrangements, and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience. On-site training at the Ashburn, VA facility completes hands-on readiness.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs
• Active Adjusters license preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
• Adaptable and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
