Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Auto Damage Claims Specialist to handle auto damage claims, including complex cases, and to settle claims promptly while delivering excellent customer service.

You will apply technical and industry knowledge to claim handling and coordinate with customers, insurers, and repair facilities to ensure accurate assessments; work flexibly across remote, field, and in‑office settings in the West Cleveland, OH territory.

Qualifications

• 12 months of Auto Damage experience
• Valid driver's license meeting underwriting guidelines
• Ability to maintain state and federal certifications and permits
• Willingness to be flexible with primary work location
• Ability to work remotely, in the field, or in-office as required
• Solid computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Multi-tasking skills
• Effective attention to detail and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
• High school diploma or equivalent
