Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced claims support professional in Indianapolis to inspect and assess vehicle damage, write estimates, and negotiate settlements. You will collaborate with body shops, rental firms, and parts providers while guiding involved parties through insurance contracts.

Your role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, managing rental cars, and resolving concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to meet KPI targets and measurable goals.
• Active Adjusters license is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred
• Active Adjusters license preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills
• Adaptable and detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize and multitask across platforms
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
