Qualifications

• 4-6 years claims experience preferred
• 4-6 years estimating experience preferred
• Advanced understanding of repair processes and estimating software

Responsibilities

• Utilize physical inspections to complete accurate estimates for vehicle repair
• Communicate with insureds, claimants, repair facilities and staff about repairs and costs
• Provide clear documentation to support estimates with photos and notes
• Negotiate within settlement authority to resolve claims
• Coordinate with internal departments to respond to customer needs
