• Reviews physical damage documents for accuracy and loss opportunity.
• Negotiates revisions with repair facilities to reflect accurate estimates.
• Prepares and documents vehicle/appraisal values per guidelines.
• Audits vehicle estimates using company tools and resources to determine claim value.
• Negotiates settlements within authority and initiates payments.
• Participates in Catastrophe Response Program as required.
