Job summary

National General Insurance is hiring for an auto Telephone Claims Adjuster Trainee. The trainee investigates and confirms facts of loss for auto accidents, determines coverage and liability, and negotiates claims within authority.

Based on the West Coast claims team's needs, candidates residing in PST/MST/CST time zones will work 8am–5pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. This hands-on program offers learning, support, and a solid foundation in auto claims.

Qualifications

• Basic investigation of auto claims and understanding of claims processes.
• Ability to assess coverage, liability and damages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles basic investigation of auto claims (coverage, liability and damages).
