Job summary

AssuranceAmerica is hiring an Auto Claims Adjuster Trainee. You will investigate claims, gather facts, talk with customers and witnesses, and review documentation to understand coverage and liability.

You’ll evaluate damages and help resolve claims, while negotiating settlements and maintaining accurate records. You’ll work with experienced adjusters who will coach and mentor you during training, with a focus on building essential customer-service and decision-making skills for a long-term

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile claims by gathering facts and reviewing docs.
• Talk with customers, claimants, witnesses, and repair facilities.
• Review photos, police reports, and other information to understand coverage.
• Analyze policy coverage and determine liability based on facts.
• Evaluate vehicle damages and help bring claims to fair resolution.
