Role involves investigating and confirming loss facts, determining coverage/liability/damages, and negotiating claims within authority. This position emphasizes problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer support for internal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents.
• Ability to determine coverage, liability, and damages and negotiate claims within authority.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced claims environment.

Responsibilities

• Applies experience at Adjuster II level or related specialty position.
• Reviews, evaluates, and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims when injuries are involved.
• Handles investigations of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability, damages) with increased authority.
• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and other potential property damage.
• Identifies customer needs and uses appropriate customer service skills.
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle.
• Applies advanced understanding of company policies and industry practices.
