Job summary

National General Insurance seeks an Auto Telephone Claims Adjuster Trainee for its West Coast claims team. Candidates must reside in PST/MST/CST time zones and be available to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Pacific Time.

The role offers hands-on learning to investigate, analyze, and make decisions in auto claims, with base pay and potential incentives. Key responsibilities include basic investigation of coverage, liability, and damages, customer-focused service, and use of company systems.
