Starting as an Insurance Adjuster, you will determine coverage, interview stakeholders, and coordinate with appraisers to manage vehicle repairs, while working within a supportive GoAuto environment that emphasizes integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage and liability.
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses.
• Partner with appraisers/estimators for vehicle repairs.
• Negotiate with customers and other carriers to resolve claims.
• Document activities clearly in claim files.
