Job summary

The role supports FNOL setup and claim intake, with a potential hybrid schedule based on performance. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and the position offers growth within a leading Massachusetts P&C insurer.

Responsibilities

• Sets up first notice of losses (FNOL) using Safety’s proprietary software programs.
• Interprets coverage and identifies potential coverage defenses.
• Gathers and analyzes relevant information from insureds, claimants, witnesses and law enforcement to establish liability and scope of damages.
• Becomes proficient in using various software and database programs.
• Applies Massachusetts Standards of Fault to determine liability.
• Identifies all subrogation opportunities.
• Fosters and maintains a collaborative business relationship with our agency partners.
• Delivers first class claims service to Safety’s valued customers.
