Job summary

Progressive is seeking a claims adjuster trainee in Minnesota to learn the full claims process and support customers after an accident. This hybrid role involves in-office two days per week and flexible remote work for the remaining days during a 12-month training period.

You'll receive in-depth training on property damage and insurance contracts, with coaching from leaders and collaboration from a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Three years of work experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree OR
• Two years work experience and an associate degree

Responsibilities

• Determine coverage
• Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages)
• Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses
• Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs
• Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers and resolve claims

Education
