Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication abilities.
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license and adjuster license required.
• Experience in insurance claims processing preferred.
• Willingness to work unscheduled hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims within authority and complete all phases of processing.
• Obtain loss reports, police reports, appraisals, and repair estimates.
• Settle claims within authority and issue drafts/checks.
• Confer with Claims Manager for complex cases.
• Review open claims and adjust reserves as needed.
• Assist with catastrophe losses as required.
