Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate all lines insurance claims within territory; complete claims processing from inception to settlement.
• Investigate complex claims with specialists and potential litigation.
• Obtain loss reports, statements, reports, and repair estimates as required; document findings.
• Confirm coverage and set reserves; issue payment and correspondence as needed.
• Analyze data and determine coverage and extent of loss; prepare summaries.
• Settle claims within authority; close files and obtain releases when applicable.
