Job summary

Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance Company in Lawton, OK seeks a claims adjuster to investigate and settle insurance claims across designated counties. You will collect statements, reports and photos, confirm coverage, set reserves, and issue payments as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from four‑year college or university or equivalent.
Current Oklahoma adjuster license is required.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Investigate all lines of insurance claims within territory and complete processing.
Handle major losses and complex liability claims with specialists as needed.
Obtain loss reports, statements, reports and photos as required.
Confirm coverage, set reserves, and issue payments accordingly.
Analyze data to determine coverage and prepare claim summaries.
Travel to county offices and support storm teams when required.
Maintain company vehicle and submit weekly expense reports.
