Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of Auto Claims experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
• Must hold or be able to obtain an active Arizona Adjuster License.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing systems and processes.
• Availability to work after hours or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Auto Claims professionals to meet and exceed performance and service goals.
• Communicate job expectations clearly; plan, monitor, and appraise performance results.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees while managing schedules, assignments, and workload.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to foster continuous learning and professional growth.
• Handle escalated claims, DOI complaints, and attorney-represented cases.
• Maintain high service and quality standards through regular review and process improvement.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives.
• Promote open communication through regular meetings and team engagement.
• Support catastrophe operations as needed, including occasional overtime during surge events.
