Job summary

Allcat Claims Service seeks an experienced Auto Claims Manager to lead a new Chandler, AZ team. You will guide claims professionals, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and collaboration with leadership to meet strategic objectives.

The position requires 5+ years Auto Claims experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and an active Arizona Adjuster License. Occasional overtime during surge events may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years of Auto Claims experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; active Arizona Adjuster License or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Auto Claims professionals to meet performance and service goals.
• Communicate expectations clearly and appraise performance results.
• Recruit, train, and develop employees while managing schedules and workload.
• Provide coaching and feedback to foster growth and learning.
• Handle escalated claims and attorney-represented cases.
• Maintain high service and quality standards through reviews and process improvements.
• Partner with leadership to implement strategic goals and initiatives.
