Job summary

Chubb seeks Auto Claims Adjusters for its Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Total Loss divisions. The roles require in-office presence in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities also listed for Alpharetta, GA and O’Fallon, MO.

You will review and adjust auto claims, coordinate with stakeholders, and negotiate settlements within policy guidelines. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of Auto Claims Adjusting experience, a solid understanding of insurance contracts, and strong customer service,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Auto Claims Adjusting experience required in Personal, Commercial and/or Total Loss.
• Strong understanding of insurance contracts, legal requirements, and regulations.
• Excellent skills in customer service, investigation techniques, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing personal or commercial auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
• Communicating with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather facts and documentation.
• Coordinating with repair shops and legal professionals as needed.
• Evaluating police reports, accident photos, and other evidence.
• Calculating and negotiating settlements within Chubb’s guidelines and authority limits.
• Maintaining accurate claim documentation and providing strong customer service throughout the process.
• Promptly analyzing first reports and contacting insureds/claimants.
• Evaluating contract language and identifying coverage issues.
• Developing action plans for timely investigations and loss analyses.
• Maintaining active file diaries to ensure efficient case resolution and quick recovery.
• Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
