Job summary

Chubb Ltd. seeks Auto Claims Adjusters for upcoming in-office positions across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Total Loss.

Qualified candidates will handle first- and third-party ADP claims, analyze coverage and liability, and communicate effectively with insureds and stakeholders. These roles require in-person presence in Alpharetta, Phoenix, and other listed locations, with opportunities to work remotely as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Auto Claims Adjusting experience in Personal, Commercial and/or Total Loss.
• Strong understanding of insurance contracts, legal requirements, and regulations.
• Excellent customer service, investigation techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
• Communicating with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather facts and documentation.
• Coordinating with repair shops and legal professionals as needed.
• Evaluating police reports, accident photos, and other evidence.
• Maintaining accurate claim documentation and providing strong customer service throughout the process.
