Job summary

Liberty Mutual is seeking a customer-focused Auto Claims Assistant in Chandler, AZ. You will guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish, speak with customers after auto incidents, and manage multiple moving parts of claims to ensure smooth resolutions.

Qualifications

Reside within 50 miles of the Chandler office.
US-based employees only.
Engaging, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to think critically and seek answers in a virtual environment.
Excellent oral, written, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong typing and multitasking capabilities.
Strong working knowledge and ability to utilize multiple systems.
General understanding of claim operations and key stakeholders.
College degree preferred or 1–3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish.
Speak with and engage customers who have been in auto accidents.
