Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Auto Claims Representative to guide insureds and claimants through the auto claims process from start to finish. This is a high-volume, customer-focused role in a Fortune 100 company where no two days are alike. No claims experience is required; paid training and licensing are included.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least 2 days per month and additional in-person training during the first six months.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Strong typing and multitasking capabilities in a structured paperless work environment.
• Requires ability to utilize multiple systems during virtual training and to handle/process claims.
• General understanding of overall claim operations and key stakeholders.
• College degree preferred, and/or 1-3 years of related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
• Only open to US based employees.
