Job summary

Amerisure Insurance in Lisle, IL is hiring a Claims Adjuster Associate to support the claims department and align with the ADP Fast Track auto team. You will assist adjusters through all claim lifecycle stages, communicating with policyholders, claimants, and vendors to move claims toward timely conclusions.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, 1 year in insurance or claims, and the ability to obtain state licensing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in insurance or claims.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with claims management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from policyholders and claimants regarding claim status or bills.
• Verify information by gathering missing details from policyholders, claimants and vendors.
• Assist with claim documentation and submitting required filings and documents.
• Draft and distribute correspondence to policyholders and claimants per standards.
• Maintain accurate claim records in the management system.
