AssuranceAmerica Corporation is seeking an Intake Representative I to handle inbound calls regarding automobile insurance claims and deliver exceptional customer service. You will enter new claims into the system and route them to the appropriate adjuster while assisting policyholders with existing claims.

This role requires a customer-focused mindset, solid PC skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, automated production environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Excellent PC skills.
• Experience in claims or a call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming telephone calls and maintain key metrics, including abandon rate and service level.
• Enter new claims into the system and assign to the appropriate adjuster.
• Provide acceptable phone coverage and assist with existing claims.
• Develop additional skills and advance in the claims department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
