Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking an Auto Care Advisor to help customers with automotive questions, provide guidance, and suggest the right products and services. You'll balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering friendly, practical support.

You’ll schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, explain costs and options, and promote tires, parts, accessories, and services. Prior experience in customer-focused or auto service roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
• Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand automotive needs and recommend products and services.
• Schedule service appointments, prepare estimates, and explain costs and payment options.
• Promote and sell tires, parts, accessories, and automotive services.
• Maintain knowledge of automotive products, services, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Support Fleet Farm initiatives and events while ensuring services are completed to a high standard.
