Job summary

Swickard Auto Group in Redwood City is seeking a Brand Specialist to welcome guests, guide them through the Toyota lineup, and provide a hospitality-driven car buying experience. This high-volume store offers real earning potential and a clear path for growth within the Swickard group.

You will build relationships, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and collaborate with finance to ensure a transparent, low-pressure purchase journey—for guests in the Bay Area’s Peninsula markets.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred or hospitality/guest-facing background
• Strong relationship-building and trust-earned approach
• Comfort with CRM tools or quick to learn them
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity to understand needs
• Guide guests through Toyota lineup with product expertise
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives to create memorable experiences
• Build and maintain guest pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM
• Collaborate with finance/management for transparent, pressure-free purchases
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction scores
• Stay current on Toyota inventory, product lineup, including hybrids/EVs
• Represent Toyota 101 and Swickard's hospitality standard in every interaction
