Swickard Auto Group is seeking a Brand Specialist at its Thousand Oaks location to welcome guests, learn all three brands, and build relationships across Buick, GMC, and Cadillac. You will develop product knowledge through GM training and guide buyers with a warm, trust-based approach. A high-earning potential awaits in a multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; GM brand and product training provided from day one.
• Hospitality, retail, financial services, or other guest-facing experience strongly preferred.
• Genuine curiosity across Buick, GMC, and Cadillac brand personalities.
• Relationship-first approach: listen before presenting and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and understand what matters before presenting any vehicle.
• Develop deep product knowledge across Buick, GMC, and Cadillac through paid GM training.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives aligned to guest needs.
• Build and maintain a client pipeline through consistent follow-up and CRM use; earn repeat and referrals.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, low-pressure purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI.
• Represent Buick GMC Cadillac of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every guest interaction.
