Qualifications

• Hospitality, retail, or guest-facing background preferred, sales experience welcome.
• Ability to build trust and deliver results with genuine care.
• Proven relationship-first communication style.
• Motivated to build a long-term book of business.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity, assessing needs.
• Guide guests through Toyota lineup with product knowledge.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline with CRM follow-up.
• Collaborate with finance to deliver a transparent purchase.
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Stay current on Toyota lineup, including hybrid/EV offerings.
