Swickard Auto Group is recruiting a Brand Specialist for Buick, GMC, and Cadillac at Thousand Oaks. No automotive experience is required, with paid GM brand training from day one. Success relies on hospitality, guest care, and relationship-building with a diverse Conejo Valley client base.

You’ll learn three brands, build a broad referral network, and grow into leadership paths at Swickard while representing a family-oriented, community-focused dealership.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; GM brand training provided from day one.
• Hospitality/retail/guest-facing background preferred.
• Ability to learn three brands (Buick, GMC, Cadillac) and communicate differences.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity and warmth.
• Develop product knowledge across Buick, GMC, and Cadillac through training.
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives connecting brands to guest needs.
• Build and maintain a client pipeline with follow-up and CRM use.
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent purchase experience.
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI.
• Represent Buick GMC Cadillac of Thousand Oaks and Swickard's hospitality standard in every interaction.
