Gerber Collision & Glass in Missouri offers a hands-on training opportunity through a 30-day trial to qualify for an 18-month Technician Development Program. You will work alongside an experienced technician and gain insight into auto body repair processes.

The program emphasizes safety, tool handling, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn dent removal, sanding, and painting under supervision, while building essential skills for a career in collision repair.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred
• Some on‑the‑job experience is preferred
• I‑CAR Gold Class preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing basic auto body repairs under supervision of experienced technicians.
• Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment properly.
• Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans.
• Collaborate with team to complete repair projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
