Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment and high-quality repairs, returning vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will dismantle, repair, and reassemble vehicles while aligning with team KPIs and acting as a brand ambassador.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus completion of a technical program or apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with other repairers within the auto body shop.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods for vehicle bodies.
• Familiarity with tools used in auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using various tools.
• Repair dents, apply fillers, and realign chassis as needed.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, weld and repaint to spec.
