Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to assess, repair, and restore vehicles after collisions. You will work with a team to ensure speed, quality, and customer excellence, performing disassembly, repairs, welding, and repainting as required.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred. Safety and teamwork are emphasized in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship as auto body repairer preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute vehicle repairs to restore pre-accident condition.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring quality and speed.
• Weld, grind, and repaint as needed to meet factory specifications.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet KPIs and customer satisfaction.
