Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is hiring an Auto Body Technician to expertly assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and repaint while aligning with our WOW standards and team goals.

The role emphasizes speed, quality, and customer excellence as you work with the team to meet KPIs and deliver a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and accurately.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair, disassemble, and realign vehicle bodies as needed.
• Replace damaged sections and install parts or glass.
• Weld, paint, and inspect vehicles to meet KPIs.
• Complete work orders within labour guidelines and ensure quality.
