Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass, a leader in collision repair, seeks an Auto Body Technician focused on meticulous assessment and quality repair to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and uphold our Brand Ambassador promise.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, using cutting tools and jigs, realigning frames, and performing paint or finish work to specification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dented panels and realign chassis.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Weld and repaint to factory specs or equivalents.
• Ensure work orders meet labor time guidelines.
