Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking Auto Body Technicians to deliver top‑notch customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair. From disassembly to repaint, you’ll restore vehicles to pre‑accident condition while meeting KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and either a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship. Join a team focused on speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using applicable tools.
Repair dents, realign chassis and replace damaged sections as needed.
Replace glass, interior parts and perform welding/painting as required.
Ensure work orders are completed within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
