You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, align chassis, replace parts, and work with the WOW plan to meet KPIs while representing the Brand. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and practical training via technical school or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and proper use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently in daily tasks.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates using tools listed.
• Realign chassis, replace or repair parts, and repaint as needed.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality and compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
