Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise repairs that restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, ensuring speed, quality, and customer excellence as a Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork within an auto body shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently and accurately.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts as needed.
• Weld, paint, and finish vehicles per standards.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and verify quality.
