Boyd Group Services is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver outstanding customer experience through precise assessment and quality vehicle repairs. You will perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly while adhering to speed, quality, and customer-excellence standards.

You’ll work closely with teammates to meet KPIs and uphold the brand promise across our collision and glass services. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and may include a technical school program or a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with other repairers in an auto body shop.
• Thorough understanding of repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, replace or repair parts, and realign chassis as needed.
• Weld, paint, and reassemble vehicles per factory specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
