Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of vehicle body repair methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Plan repairs and prepare customer cost estimates.
• Repair dents, realign chassis, replace parts and paint vehicles as required.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
