Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through meticulous repair work. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, ensuring speed, quality and customer excellence, while aligning with team KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for The Boyd Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Weld and fit parts, paint vehicles with factory-specified or equivalent finishes.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles post-repair.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
