Gerber Collision & Glass in Mooresville, NC, seeks an Auto Body Technician to provide an exceptional customer experience through precise assessment and high-quality repairs, restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and work with the team to hit KPIs while upholding our Brand Ambassador standard.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical school training or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Execute WOW plan consistently in daily work.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Repair dents, apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass; repair interiors.
• Weld, fit parts, and repaint to factory specs or equivalents.
• Conform to labor time guidelines and inspect completed work.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
