Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through thorough assessment and precise repair of vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, reassemble, and ensure repairs meet KPI targets while representing the Brand as a trusted pro in collision services.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either technical schooling or a 3-year apprenticeship in auto body repair, with ability to lift up to 30

Qualifications

The candidate must be able to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
Understand methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
Know how to use common auto body tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
Repair dents, apply fillers, and realign chassis as needed.
Replace or repair damaged parts and glass as required.
Weld, paint, and finalize vehicle finishes to standard.
